Security is our focus and to do it right our team is trained in cybersecurity. We work closely with major customers such as Banks, Insurance groups and CVC to share the best practices with their IT teams and to regular audit and pentesting.
SOC2 Compliant
We are SOC2 compliant to prevent system abuse, unauthorized removal of data, misuse of software or security issues. We partner with Vanta and constantly monitor our platform and our architecture with more than hundreds of tests conducted on a daily basis. Our code and security measures are audited by external experts such as PWC to ensure that our application is as robust as possible. Our team is doing security due diligences in accordance with these certifications.
Sqreen
We use Sqreen’s microagent to automatically monitor sensitive app’s routines, block attacks and report actionable information. This solution helps us to prevent attacks from the OWASP Top 10, 0-days, Data Leaks, and automatically react against advanced business-logic threats.
Audit
We regularly audit our code by external experts to ensure such as EY that our application is as robust as possible, we additionally are ISO 27001 compliant. Our team is doing security due diligences regularly in accordance with the certifications.
GDPR Compliant
We follow the GDPR compliance, all our servers are hosted in the European Union. On top of that we let our customers export their data themself in a readable format at any time. Your data is yours, we never use it, sell it or analyze it.
Linode / AWS
Our cloud solution, provided by Linode and AWS, allows us to provide an SLA higher than 99.9%. Every hour backups of your data are made and replicated on our multiple servers. Our cloud providers are SOC1, SOC2, and ISO27001 compliant.
Acutenix
We use the Acunetix security software suite to ensure the security of our servers. Every week thousands of tests are performed to ensure that our applications and servers are secure. Acunetix is one of the leaders in cyber defense used by US Air Force, American Express and HSBC.
SSL Certified by Comodo
We use an SSL certificate for all of the communication between your computer and our servers. You can therefore connect from anywhere in the world safely.
2 Factor Authentication
With Google Authenticator, you can secure your account with two step verification that requires not only the username and password but also something that only, and only, the user has on them, i.e. a piece of information only they should know or have immediately to hand — such as a mobile generated token.
Bug bounty program
In partnership with the company Yes We Hack, we have a private bug bounty program composed of a selection of 25 cybersecurity experts who are testing our network and applications on a regular basis.
